Imprint Solution supplies DTF PET film in 12, 24 and 30 inch roll widths, plus A3 and A4 cut sheets, with rolls typically 100 metres. Match roll width to your printer — a 24-inch printer takes 24-inch film. Sheets suit low-volume or sample printing.

With hot-peel film you remove the backing straight after pressing; with cold-peel you wait until it cools. Cold peel generally gives a smoother matte finish and more forgiving results, while hot peel is faster for production. Both are stocked — choose by your workflow speed.

75 micron film is thinner and lower cost, fine for most everyday transfers. 100 micron is stiffer, feeds more reliably on some printers and resists curl during powder application. Higher-volume shops often prefer 100 micron for consistent handling; both give the same final print.

Rolls are far cheaper per print and suit any shop printing daily volume on a roll-fed printer. Cut sheets (A3, A4) suit desktop setups, sampling or very low volume. For a working print business, roll film is almost always the more economical choice.
